Understand and Scope

The first stage is a workshop session (or series of them) to understand the "as is" of the business, to understand your drivers and need for change and then work through a realisation of the "to be". We will then document this and agree the scope of our work, during every part of our work we will be transparent and work with you to ensure you own the process.

Design and Deliver

Based on the requirements, scope and needs identified we'll then work with you to build YOUR solution. We'll regularly give you progress updates and demonstrations of the solution. We'll provide a transparent insight into the project at regular intervals agreed with you. We'll build rapidly against the agreed outputs ensuring that we balance the interactions with your availability, ensuring the right balance between agility and lean delivery. 

Train, Support and Improve

Once your solution development has been completed against your agreed scope and you have signed off and agreed this, we'll offer a comprehensive training package (tailored to your individual business needs). Following training we'll provide a support mechanism to ensure you feel comfortable with your solution. We'll then keep in touch with you to see how you're getting on and identify future needs and requirements to ensure we keep your business running optimally.
